JAS-FBG continues its partnership with SEGRO in Wrocław
SEGRO, a leading owner, manager and developer of modern warehouse and industrial space, and JAS-FBG S.A., one of the leading logistics operators on the Polish market, have extended their lease agreement for nearly 4,000 square metres at SEGRO Park Wrocław, Targowa. The companies have been working together continuously since 2019
The space leased at SEGRO Park Wrocław plays an important role in JAS-FBG’s operations, supporting the provision of logistics and warehousing services in Poland and abroad. The company has around 120 branches in Poland, Germany and Hungary, and employs over 1,200 staff.

One of JAS-FBG’s priorities is to develop its business in line with ESG principles and to seek solutions that reduce the carbon footprint of its operations. This approach is also in line with SEGRO’s strategy, which sets out science-based short- and long-term targets for reducing greenhouse gas emissions and aims to achieve climate neutrality by 2050. The space leased from SEGRO in Wrocław, which holds BREEAM New Construction certification, helps JAS-FBG to achieve its objectives.

SEGRO Park Wrocław, Targowa is a modern logistics park situated 11 km from the centre of Wrocław. It comprises two buildings with a total floor area of 37,700 sq m. The park features modern facilities, including automatic number plate recognition and electric vehicle charging points.
