The space leased at SEGRO Park Wrocław plays an important role in JAS-FBG’s operations, supporting the provision of logistics and warehousing services in Poland and abroad. The company has around 120 branches in Poland, Germany and Hungary, and employs over 1,200 staff.

Marcin Trela, Director of Domestic Road Freight at JAS-FBG S.A., says:

“A good location and suitably adapted infrastructure are crucial for the efficient execution of logistics operations. The premises at SEGRO Park Wrocław, Targowa have supported our operations in Lower Silesia for years and are well suited to the needs of our business. Our partnership with SEGRO provides us with stable conditions for growth and enables us to maintain a high standard of customer service.”

One of JAS-FBG’s priorities is to develop its business in line with ESG principles and to seek solutions that reduce the carbon footprint of its operations. This approach is also in line with SEGRO’s strategy, which sets out science-based short- and long-term targets for reducing greenhouse gas emissions and aims to achieve climate neutrality by 2050. The space leased from SEGRO in Wrocław, which holds BREEAM New Construction certification, helps JAS-FBG to achieve its objectives.

Bartosz Michalski, Director of Logistics for Poland at SEGRO, comments:

“Our long-term partnership with JAS-FBG confirms that creating spaces that meet the needs of logistics operators – in terms of functionality, flexibility and environmental standards – leads to lasting business relationships. We are proud that, for the past seven years, we have been able to support our client’s business growth in Wrocław by providing high-quality warehouse space and professional property management.”
